Rental Properties:

If you would like to open up a property for rental use, please follow the steps below;

1. Obtain a land use permit from the county zoning department.

2. Contact the Town Chairman to be placed on the Agenda for the board meeting you would like to share your plans.

3. Bring the land use permit to the town board meeting.

   1. The land use permit should have a small white square that enables the town to approve the land use permit.​

4. The property owner, or properly approved delegate must be present and explain the plan to the board.

5. The town board will review the permit and make a decision to approve or decline the request.​

6. The town board will sign the permit and the land owner is free to move to the next step.

7. The county must also approve the permit, they have their own process.
