4 Approve any outstanding fees on the fee schedule.

5 Discussion to make all township gravel roads 30 MPH.

6 Review the town website.

7 Public comment...limit 3 minutes per person.

8 Closed Session to discuss adjusting town employee compensation.

(The room will be cleared of all but the Board, Clerk and Treasurer.)

9 Open Session, potential action on board discussion and conclusions

10 Complete payable process.

11 Review/pay invoices and bills.
